Last stop on the beef train. Who helps and who we support.

WMSE Radio
Milwaukee's finest non-commercial radio station. Depending on when you tune in, you can hear everything from Vietnamese Qeej virtuosity to the Misfits to some serious death-metal grunting. 91.7 on the FM dial. Tell 'em Dr. Fudge sent you.

The Rudeboy
One of Milwaukee's most consistent supporters of local punk and hardcore. The Rudeboy's 3-hour punk and hardcore show airs on Monday nights from 6-9 on WMSE. (See above)

Beer City Skateboards
Mike Beer is Milwaukee hardcore. The dude's re-issued some great stuff and makes awesome skateboards. He also wants to start a DRI cover band that takes DRI songs and swaps the lyrics out so they're about the show ER. His name for the project? ERI.

Sonic Speaker Company

Sonic Speaker makes guitar, bass, and PA cabinets that are indestructible and sensibly-priced. If that wasn't enough incentive, they're made in the USA. If that still isn't enough incentive, they're handmade in Cudahy, Wisconsin--pretender to the throne of Wisconsin Metal (nothing tops West Allis). Great people, great cabs.

Peavey

Peavey amps get no respect for some reason. A member of a local band once looked down his nose and sneered at us for using Peaveys. "You guys actually play through Peaveys?" Well, this was coming from a guy with a sunken chest, so I didn't get too worked up. Anyway, Trevor and I feel the same way about Peavey as we do with Sonic--support the home team. Especially when they price their equipment so you don't have to take out a loan when your amp bursts into flame after you ran it for 2 hours with a 30-foot guitar cable and a notebook over the ventilation holes.

Tip Top Sound

Gary is a legend and the most musically-knowlegable person I know. He's a master of all things East European. His mystical abilities are handy in the recording studio-- and surprise--he just happens to run one. Let him enhance your band's sound with a little "MIDWAY MAJICK". And, he's kind enough to let us do some < DIGITAL_SQUATTING > on his territory.

Blackwall Hitch
Just when you think you've chosen one of the few bandnames that no one else would choose, the barbaric Norwegians come over the hills, intent on plundering our fields and ravaging our svelte bodies. Rats. Well, we beat them to it by about 9 months it looks like. But, truth be told, Blackwall Hitch of North Dakota (the country/swing band) beat us by a few years. They are now, sadly, defunct. Check out Blackwall Hitch's "Fairytale of Pleasures."
